4.1- BUYER declares that he has read and informed all preliminary information about the basic qualifications of the contracted products or products specified in Article 3, the sales price and payment method and the delivery and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic form.

4.2 - Products or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the buyer or the person/organization at the address it shows, within the period described in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of alici's settlement for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER has been notified earlier.

4.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person/organization other than the BUYER, the person/organization to be delivered shall not be held responsible anatoptanci.com for not accepting the delivery.

4.4 – anatoptanci.com is responsible for delivering the contracted product robustly, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and, if any, with warranty documents and user manuals.

4.5 - For the delivery of the contracted product, it is imperative that the signed copy of this contract has been anatoptanci.com and the price must be paid by the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or cancelled in the bank records, anatoptanci.com is considered free of charge of the delivery of the product.

4.6- If the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to anatoptanci.com due to the unfair or unlawful use of buyers credit card not due to buyers fault after the delivery of the product, it is obligatory to send the product to anatoptanci.com within 3 days provided that buyer has been delivered to him. In this case, shipping expenses belong to BUYER.

4.7-anatoptanci.com is obliged to notify the BUYER if the subject of the contract cannot deliver the product within the period due to the extreme circumstances, such as force majeure or the air opposition blocking transport, such as cutting off transportation. If so, buyer may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the contracted product with its precedent if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the prohibitive status is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him within 15 working days.

4.8- Defective or defective products that are products sold with warranty certificate may be sent to anatoptanci.com for the necessary repairs under the warranty conditions, in which case the cargo costs will be covered by anatoptanci.com.

4.9- This agreement is valid after signing by buyer and delivering it to the anatoptanci by fax or mail.

Right to Withdraw

BUYER has the right to withdraw within (14) days of delivery (14) to the person/organization at the address in which the contract subject product is shown. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is imperative that anatoptanci.com be notified by fax, email or telephone during this period and that the product has not been used in the terms of the relevant article. The cargo price of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is met by the BUYER.

Products that cannot be returned as of its nature, disposable products, copy able software and programs, fast-deteriorating or expired products cannot be reimbursed. All software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, batteries, consumables (toner, cartridge, strip, etc.) and the exercise of the right of withdrawal depend on the requirement that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.

In addition, the consumer shall not exercise the right of consumer withdrawal on goods produced in accordance with the consumer's specific requests and demands or made personal by making changes or additions on them.

If payment is made by credit card or similar payment card, the consumer may request that the payment be cancelled on the grounds that the card is used against its consent and illegally. In the implementation of this contract, consumer arbitral committees and consumer courts in the settlement of anatoptanci.com are authorized until the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In the event of the conclusion of the order, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
